Welcome to JobPak.pk (the "Website"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobPak.pk’s website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using or accessing the Service you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account registration

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password secure and not share your account credentials.

JobPak.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that engage in abusive or suspicious activity.

3. Using the Service — Job Seekers

Job seekers may search and apply for job listings posted on the Website. JobPak.pk does not guarantee employment, placement, or the accuracy of any job listing posted by third parties.

4. Using the Service — Employers

Employers who post jobs must ensure that all listings are accurate, lawful and non-discriminatory. Employers are responsible for verifying candidate qualifications and for any communication or hiring decisions that follow from postings on JobPak.pk.

5. Job listings & verification

JobPak.pk may review, verify or remove job postings in its discretion. While we aim to host legitimate and verified listings, JobPak.pk does not guarantee the truthfulness or completeness of listings posted by employers or third parties.

6. Fees & Payments

Some features on JobPak.pk may be provided for a fee (for example: featured listings, employer packages, or premium services). Where fees apply, you will be presented with pricing and payment terms prior to purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. User content

"User Content" means all content that users submit to the Service, including CVs, resumes, cover letters, messages, and job postings. By submitting User Content you grant JobPak.pk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and publish such content for the purpose of operating the Service and promoting the Website.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or fraudulent content;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Use the Service for harvesting, scraping, or spamming other users;
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to access restricted areas.

9. Intellectual property

All content on JobPak.pk, including logos, graphics, text, and code, is owned by or licensed to JobPak.pk and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share data. By using the Service you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." JobPak.pk disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobPak.pk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid to JobPak.pk in the 12 months prior to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JobPak.pk and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Certain provisions (for example intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive termination.

15. Changes to Terms

JobPak.pk may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes we will update the "Effective date" at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
